Take an Official Look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Lost & Found"
Since the Air Jordan 1 Chicago's last release in 2015, sneakerheads have begged Jordan Brand to reissue the timeless sneaker and, well, their wishes are coming true. On October 13, official images of the Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicgao "Lost and Found" hit the internet, revealing the 2022 re-imagination of the 1985 shoe that started it all.
The OG Chicago colorway will be reintroduced on the Air Jordan 1 Hi '85 silhouette, like 2020's Varsity Red and 2021's Neutral Grey.
Immersive in its every detail, from the box to the materials themselves, the “Lost & Found” paints a vivid scene of finding a set of “Chicago” 1s deep in the basement/storage of a mom and pop shop. Using a spec inspired by its 1994-released counterpart, the shoe features distressed, aged detailing all throughout. The leather on the collar, mid-panel, and toe, for example, is heavily cracked, complementing the dusty finish of the outsole and the scuffs all across the packaging. And to further expand upon the storytelling, the Jumpman has included a vintage-inspired invoice with every pair.
Originally designed by Peter Moore in 1984 and released in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 "Chicago" is arguably the most coveted sneaker under the Nike brand umbrella — a sneakerhead's dream kicks
