ENDLESS Terms of Service for Package Protection Insurance
Our responsibilities: We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis and determine whether the loss or damage has been caused by factors outside our control such as weather, carrier negligence, etc. We will also work with the shipping carrier to investigate all claims whenever possible.

These terms of service outline the conditions of use for our Package Protection Insurance plan.
By opting into this insurance plan, you are agreeing to the following:
If your package is lost or stolen, ENDLESS will provide a full reimbursement up to the value of your goods under these conditions
1) The shipping carrier must deem your item as lost or stolen goods before we can re-dispatch or reimburse the order
2) All claims must be made within 2 days from the date of package arrival in order to be eligible for reimbursement
3) In order to receive reimbursement, you must submit valid proof that your package was either lost or stolen. Acceptable proofs include proof sent by the shipping carrier or via police report
ENDLESS reserves the right to deny refunds if sufficient proof is not submitted, fraudulent activity is suspected, or if any other terms of this agreement have been violated.
Reimbursement: If your package is deemed lost or damaged due to an event out of our control, we will reimburse you up to the amount specified on the invoice associated with your purchase or dispatch a replacement at our discretion within 14 days of the shipping carrier closing the claim.
